"You sure this is okay?" Percy asked, his sight looked worried.
"It's okay, really," Jason promised.
His blonde hair glittered to the moonbeam, making it look a little grey.
"But what if Piper finds out? What if Annabeth finds out?"
"They won't."
"How can you be so sure? It's Annabeth, you know. This girl knows everything."
"So why don't you tell her yourself?"
"She must never know!"
"Really, Percy? Do you really believe you're able to hide it so long?"
"Well, I will tell her, but not now."
"I don't see why not."
"Why didn't you tell that to Piper?"
"Because she's the daughter of Aphrodite, she might DO things to me, like, I don't know."
"She won't hurt you."
"She might."
"She loves you."
"I don't think she'll like it so much, you know."
"Let's just agree that I won't tell Annabeth and you won't tell Piper, and we're keeping it as a secret until the right moment appears."
"Well…" Jason began, but then, when he gazed into Percy's gorgeous sea-green eyes.
No one could possibly resist to those eyes. Especially not Jason.
He took one last glimpse at his eyes, hypnotized to the depth of them, and then he looked at him all serious once again.
"What?" Percy asked.
"I'm… I…"
"Yes, yes, you are what?"
"I'm… I just don't want to wait so long, okay?"
"Okay," Percy said bitterly.
"Hey, Percy,"
"Yeah?"
"It's gonna be okay. I promise," said Jason.
"I wish I could believe that," Percy said, and with these words, he went back to his room where he slept.
Annabeth must've been waiting for him, and yet, here he is, talking about secrets with the person she didn't trust the most on this ship.
Something IS wrong with him, but he could resist the temptation to do so…
