on Earth

I want to be a shining star
startanding in the dark
I want to see one
Illuminates his universe
Glad with all the light
It can bring.

I do not think stars
Stand together
They are millions of years apart
And millions of miles away.
They stand for themselves
Even though they are shy
And they know another light will yell at theirs.

I need no partner in life
All my world will center
